Bruce Sims - Souvenir Ice Hockey Programme

1980s Canadian scoring legend Bruce Sims made a flying visit to play some games for the Blackpool Seagulls ice hockey team over Easter and this special "Sims Twins" souvenir programme was produced for the occasion.

The original batch of programmes all sold out on the night, helping to raise over £300 for Brian House Childrens' Hospice in Blackpool but such has been the demand that we are happy to produce an extra batch and make them available to ice hockey enthusiasts worldwide by mail order.

The 16 page special souvenir programme has a full colour cover and black and white inside pages and contains:
    - a special message from Bruce Sims,
    - full Sims twins British competitive career stats,
    - a statistical look back to the English League North title win of 1981/2, British Championship play offs 1982 and Seagulls runners up position in British League Division 1 C in 82/83
    - Southampton Vikings Heineken League Division One title in 1983/84
    - nostalgia piece by ice hockey historian Martin C Harris
    - tributes from former team mates opponents and fans
and blank game pages for the Seagulls v Birmingham match on 30th March and Seagulls v Coventry on 6th April.
